As I say so often, exercising is free! All you need is the motivation to get going! Unfortunately this is something we all, at one time or another suffer from - lack of motivation. So how do you stay focussed, how do you overcome that voice in your head that says, "ah I donʼt feel like it", "ah Iʼll do it tomorrow", or later in the day (which as you and I both know... it never happens!)

How has it been 6 months since Lila was born? I don't know. How have I avoided regular exercise (chasing kids does not count)? Well, it seems to be my pattern to be lost in baby land and wake up 6 months later. I have lost all the baby weight. Thank you, fast metabolism + breastfeeding. At Mountain Buggy, we live and breathe our brand philosophy 'life without limit', and this is further enhanced with the Mountain Buggy terrain™ being the official stroller of Baby Boot Camp, the premier USA stroller-fitness program.
With both brands having such a strong desire to enhance and enrich the lives of families around the world to get active and live life without limit, it makes sense to kickstart the year with a post from the Baby Boot Camp founder and CEO Kristen Horler, to bring us into 2012 with a positive mind and positive goals!

It's the start of a new chapter in our house - one of my little ones started school this week, so I decided that I would make good use of some of the time between drop off and collection to try and fit in some regular daily exercise for me!

I was asked to appear in the Mountain Buggy duet video along with my toddler and newborn. I was intrigued about this side-by-side, as I currently have one from another brand, and I just couldn’t get my head around the ‘same width as a single buggy’ concept. I mean, is this for real?!

Despite the 'Run into the New Year' and the running around in every day life, I haven't been successful in exercising this month. But now it is February - a new chance in a new month. I've enlisted the help of Hollie to be my virtual workout partner for "Fit in February".
