Important Notice to Customers - NEVER USE DAMAGED PRODUCT

This is a general notice from p&t in the interests of product safety.

In undertaking normal warranty repair activity a number of customers have told us that they continued using a damaged buggy before seeking a timely repair. In some cases consumers continued to use buggies with broken brakes. Key safety aspects of the strollers include brake function, harness system security, handle and steering integrity and frame lock/fold engagement. ANY damage to these parts must be attended to immediately.

Please do not hesitate to log warranty/service requests immediately (via our website support section) if you notice a change in performance or suspect that your stroller has become damaged or is not functioning as it was. Many repairs can be conducted without inconvenience to the consumer (in-home and tool-free) or without return of the product.
