What happens in Vegas, nano's in Vegas (part 2 of 2)

Continuing on from last week's blog , Rizza and her family are back with their nano in Vegas!

Here's a roundup of the highlights of our trip: THE TOP 5 FREE FAMILY THINGS TO DO AT THE LAS VEGAS STRIP which Hubby, Camillia and I enjoyed with the nano .

1. Marvel at the moves of the Dancing Fountains of Bellagio at Bellagio Hotel

A refreshing show of dancing water fountains to the sounds of opera, classical and Broadway tunes. Cami was lifting her hands in the air as if conducting the music and making the waters soar high up in the air, then rush back down in a synchronized splash.

2. GET UP CLOSE TO FLAMINGOS at the Wildlife Habitat at Flamingo Las Vegas Hotel and Casino

Stroll a serene garden courtyard, a paradise to wildlife habitat of pink flamingos, pelicans, swans, ducks, more exotic birds, koi fish, and "tur-turs" (turtles!). Hearing Cami say "Ming-Goooo!" for the first time was just as amusing as seeing the flamingos stand on one leg!

TIP: Watch out for two live feedings daily, one early morning at 8:30 am and one in the afternoon at 2 pm!

3. SPLENDOUR IN BREATHTAKING FLORAL EXHIBITS at the Conservatory and Botanical Gardens of Bellagio Hotel

Take a relaxing, leisurely stroll along theatrically arranged gazebos, bridges and ponds and be amazed with arrays of colourful flowers, plants and trees all around you. We were certainly awe-inspired to magnificent floral displays and creations (which actually changes every season and holidays!).

TIP: Enjoy the spectacular floral sights with sounds of live musical performances from 5 pm to 6 pm daily in the South Garden!

4. WATCH A COOL YET HOT VOLCANIC ERUPTION at The Mirage

At first captured by serene waterfalls, be suddenly thrilled as the volcano ignites fire and spits out massive fireballs, as your heart thumps to the tribal musical masterpiece of beating drums, actual volcanic erupting sounds and smoke effects. Cami was brave enough to withstand the rumbles, feel the heat of the flames and witness the toasty, erupting Volcano.

TIP: If the heat of the flames and sound of the pulsating soundtrack might scare your little one, watch the volcano from across the street. You'll feel less heat, hear less thumping sounds, and ever get a BETTER panoramic view of the action!

5. BE ENTERTAINED WITH WORLD CLASS CIRCUS ACTS at the Center Stage of the Carnival Midway of Circus Circus

Daring acrobatics, high-flying trapeze acts, juggling wizards, high speed skaters, slack wire sensations, freestyle bike champions - you'll never know what brilliantly entertaining circus act you might catch. Cami was particularly dazzled over the aerial artistry acts and was inspired to showcase an act herself.

TIP: While you wait between circus acts, although not free, try your luck to win prizes! The prizes range from oversized stuffed animals and gigantic basketballs to Razor scooters, from a selection of family-friendly games in the carnival atmosphere of the Reno Midway of Fun. Acts start at 11 am, then every 30-50 minutes (depending on the act), through midnight.
