Compact and yet agile for joggers/speed walkers
Air filled tires- so absorbs the shocks on the road
Easy to fold and open

Easy to remove and assemble for car seat

I read alot of reviews on different buggies but the Mountain Buggy appeared to fit my needs and it has not disappointed. I opted for the swift, felt this was ideal size for my outdoor lifestyle. It may take you 2/3 sweary words to get used to the buggy and its customisation but after this it is so easy. I purchased the carrycot and baby car seat with adaptors and the flexibility is amazing/quick/simple (bit annoying you need to purchase adapter in addition to car seat though). I love everything about the buggy except that you have to purchase nearly everything separately, but I wouldn't let this deter you from the best off road buggy about!
Robust, compact for modern living.

The Swift stroller when collapsed/folded is compact enough to fit in the boot of my BMW 3 series saloon, with the carrycot attachment beside it!
The frame is reassuringly chunky and robust.
The main reason I purchased this stroller was because of the ease of collapsing it, and unfolding it when required. Press a button with your thumb, twist your hand and the frame folds up or unfolds, so simple and easy! I can even wheel this stroller around inside my very small home.
I haven't used the aerotech wheels yet, but I found it difficult to fit the rear wheels supplied with the stroller, partly because they were quite stiff, and partly because I found the instruction booklet supplied a bit hard to follow. Luckily, one of the wheels detached itself whilst the baby was not in the carrycot, and my partner has since reattached the wheels, hopefully properly this time! I would advise anyone assembling a Mountain Buggy to follow the assembly video on the website.
The only other irritation is that when you are adjusting the pushchair handle angle and height, you have to use both hands and thumbs to hold 2 buttons in, whilst trying at the same time to move the handle up and down to the correct position which is a little difficult!
My baby is now 10 weeks old and is just over 11lbs (5.26kg) in weight and 56cm in length. (He was 7lb 1oz at birth). He is still fitting inside the carrycot, but he is getting 'snug' in there, he has a bit more length to fill, but his arms are nearly touching the carrycot sides; so it will not be long before he will be in the stroller seat attachment which also has the ability to lay the baby nearly horizontal. Obviously, if the baby had been 10lbs at birth we would not have got much use out of the carrycot!
Overall, this is a brilliantly designed, quality made stroller, and the 'good bits' more than make up for the 'less desirable bits'. It has considerably reduced the stress of being a new mum; if I had a bigger home and bigger car boot I would have opted for the Terrain or Jungle models, but lack of space meant I chose the Swift, which I am extremely happy with, well worth the expense.

We have always been a MB family and with our third child thought we'd treat ourselves to a new car buggy to help with the school run etc. We have a MB terrain for around the tracks at home but the problem has always been its enormous fold size and weight so we never really took it out and about. The new folding system is a revolution. The swift is light and folds small. It is easy to attach a car seat we use a maxi-cosi pebble. It is super easy to fold and unfold and has the amazing MB one handed steer around town

Bought this on October 2016. It's compact, light and easy to manipulate. We bought the mountain buggy swift mainly because other strollers seemed to be bigger and heavier and seem to take up much space. Love that fact that it's really easy to fold. Can stroll with one hand if needed. Been using it with our newborn, and its just fine without having to buy a baby car seat to go with it. Really satisfied with its quality as well.
LOVE this stroller!

As a first time parent, I did a TON of research. I wanted larger rubber wheels with durability, lightweight, compact, and one-handed fold features. As many parents will see, the Bob stroller is always recommended but I found it HUGE. I LOVE the Mountain Buggy Swift, it is everything I was hoping for and works fantastic with the Chicco Keyfit 30 - however, we did have to "hit" the adaptor with a hammer to make a slight adjustment, it was just a little to too tight. Either way, all works fantastic now! Super happy and have been approached by other parents that love our rig too! Really wish the stores in this area had this product, I would've never known it existed without doing so much research online.
Amazing buggy. great deal

Im a busy mum with 5 children so I've had a few pushchairs over the years! My last pushchair was a Mountain Buggy Duet which was amazing, I was gutted when I had to say goodbye to it when my children were too big. Needless to say when I found out I was pregnant I knew I would want to go for a Mountain Buggy but the problem we had is now we had to have all 7 seats up in our MPV finding something compact enough to fit behind the seats without compromising on babies safety or comfort. Whilst browsing the website I came across the swift and it looked perfect for our needs, especially with the free aerotech tyre package.
As soon as it arrived I could see the difference in size right away! It folds so compactly and with a standing fold it looked ideal. We tried it in the back of the MPB and it fitted perfectly! We were both very impressed with the folding mechanism. No more catching your fingers! Next we put it up. I was a little worried about the height. I'm 5"6 so not too tall and it's fine for my height but hubby is 6"3 and I thought this would be an issue. The handle height does feel slightly too low for hubby but he says he doesn't have to stoop when pushing it and it feels quite comfortable.
The shopping basket isn't huge but would take a bag of shopping or a change bag with ease. The pushchair is easy to push, very light and easy to manoeuvre with just one hand. The pushchair liner makes the pushchair very cosy although we are currently using the carrycot plus as baby is still little.
Overall we are thrilled with this pushchair, it's ticked all the boxes for us.
The service from Mountain Buggy was great too. Really fast tracked delivery. Many thanks!
