Caution! The second seat is not sold separately!

I have to warn whoever is going to buy Duet as a single - there is no way of ordering the second seat on the website! It comes together with the carrycot only, so called family pack. This family pack costs almost half the price of the stroller! But this is not the worst part! Not only is the carrycot ridiculously overpriced, it is sooo narrow, you can hardly use it for longer than 2-3 weeks! Its actual inner width is only 18cm(7'')! If you have a newborn in a winter coat, you can't squeeze him in. Also, the hood of the carrycot pops off all the time. And you have to pay for it if you want to upgrade you Duet as a single into a double stroller.
Missing the REAR FACING SEAT!!!

I purchased the duet as a single and got the family pack for free to upgrade when our second child arrived later in the year. I love base chassis construction. GREAT BUILD. Rolls smoothly. It's wonderful. Easy open and fold. I wish the joey basket had a handle so you could just pull the basket and take with you.
The child seat is okay but I feel like my 2 year old son is already out growing the seat. Especially now during the winter when he's wearing a coat. It's quite narrow.
The cot is not like the original mountain buggy cot. It feels really cheap and it's sooooo narrow. I haven't used it yet but I can see that it may be a problem.
I'm mainly annoyed that the family pack kit didn't include the rear facing seat fabric!!! On the website there is no way of ordering it unless you purchase a brand new whole carry cot plus. I just want the fabric. It was my fault as I assumed I was getting the full package but they should let you know clearly that it's not included in this "carry cot " version.
I loved our original mountain buggy and regret selling it for this one. I would look at other double strollers or look at the original DUO mountain buggy as the duet is just so narrow for a normal baby. And mine is average sized.

Ive had the city select jogger double for my 2 and 4 yr old, and absolutely hated it, so heavy and hard to push. With no.3 on the the way i had enough and thought i would try the duet... so glad i did! I love it, so easy to push i forget its a double pram!!

One of the best decisions I've made to buy this product, great pram, love the basket idea and it may not look like it can but I have had no issues fitting through doors & fits fine into my car. My little girl loves the seat, sits up and can see everything and when sleeping lays flat.

Where do I start!? Amazing, for those pregnant with their first baby and looking at having more kiddies in the future, look no further than this. I cannot recommend higher - so versatile, funky, slim and the features are second to none. We use ours daily with 1 or 2 children, the joey tote holds so much. Every time I have the joey on I get comments. Would be perfect for a new mum to cart all those necessities about! And then when your family grows you can add the second seat. The fold is incredible, it steers a dream - you will NOT be disappointed :-)
Best ever buggy for storage and adaptability!

You won't find a better buggy for storage, ease of use, or adapting to your family's changing needs. I am so pleased with my purchase of this buggy! The joey basket has so much room and is an absolute shoppers dream. The pram itself is deceivingly narrow enough to fit through any doorway or around any shopping aisle. My tall 2 year old son also loves it and has a comfy fit with plenty of room to grow.
